Information and purposes
Moodly processes email addresses, account identifiers, profiles, posts, comments, messages, gift records, reports, and feedback to provide account and community services. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in public profiles or messages.
Visibility and storage
Profiles, posts, and interactions can be viewed by other users. The current generic data service does not enforce participant-only access to chat records, and chats are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send confidential information. Session tokens are stored in device secure storage.
Device permissions
Photo, camera, and microphone access is requested when needed for media features. You can revoke access in system settings; the affected feature may then be unavailable.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your own posts, hide chat records from your view, or delete your account in account settings. Account deletion immediately and irreversibly disables access. The current service cannot physically delete authentication identities; disabling access does not erase every server record. Contact us for further deletion or privacy requests.
Service providers and transfers
Configured network services store and transmit community data and files. External media hosts receive requests needed to display their media. Moodly does not sell personal information or provide advertising tracking.
Age and rights
Moodly is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You may request access, correction, or deletion, object to processing, or complain to your applicable regulator.
