Accounts and age
You must be at least 18 and use an email address you control. Keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, use stolen accounts, or bypass access restrictions.
Content and conduct
Share only content you have rights to use. Harassment, fraud, hate, threats, privacy or copyright violations, child sexual abuse or exploitation, and grooming are prohibited. You retain rights to original content and permit its storage and display to provide the service.
Reports and blocking
Use content or profile menus to report or block. Reports are submitted to the service; no response deadline or automatic outcome is guaranteed. Report child safety concerns to Milawillemsss@icloud.com. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Digital goods
Virtual gifts and balances have no cash redemption value. Available digital goods must use the relevant app store; the store confirmation controls the final charge. Refunds follow store rules. Unavailable purchase features do not charge money or create real orders.
Account deletion
Confirming account deletion immediately and irreversibly disables access. This does not mean all server records are physically erased. See the Privacy Policy.
Service limits
Moodly is a community, not a medical, treatment, or emergency service. Network and service failures may interrupt access. These terms do not exclude your non-waivable statutory rights.
